How We Approach a Tucson Yard

Class II road base goes down in layers and gets compacted properly before any turf touches the ground. That one step is what keeps turf from rippling or pooling water a year later.

Drainage gets planned around monsoon season too. Grading accounts for where water needs to go, not just where the turf looks nice. Infill selection follows the same logic: zeolite for pet yards dealing with odor, silica sand for standard lawns, cooling blends for yards that sit in full sun most of the day.
